Mid
B2BPLN 14,000 – 19,000net + VAT, per month
Employment contractPLN 12,000 – 16,000gross, per month
Senior
B2BPLN 20,000 – 25,000net + VAT, per month
Employment contractPLN 17,000 – 21,000gross, per month
Monthly amounts in Polish złoty. B2B is the net amount on your invoice, plus VAT. An employment contract (umowa o pracę) is the gross amount. You choose the contract. We set the ranges from the 2026 salary reports by justjoin.it, No Fluff Jobs, Bulldogjob and Hays.
What you will do
You will own the server side of our applications: APIs, databases and integrations with external systems such as payments or ERP. We write backends in Node.js (TypeScript) and Python and keep data in PostgreSQL. You design REST or GraphQL endpoints, look after data correctness and query performance, and take your changes all the way to production.
Requirements
- Commercial backend experience in Node.js (TypeScript) or Python.
- Solid PostgreSQL and SQL.
- Experience designing and documenting APIs (REST, GraphQL).
- Tests for your own code.
- The ability to explain a technical problem clearly to non-technical people.
Nice to have
- FastAPI.
- Supabase, Prisma or Drizzle ORM, Zod.
- Payment or ERP integrations.
- Docker.
- Experience with agentic coding, working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
