Questions and answers

What is the difference between an agent and an assistant?

An assistant answers questions from customers or your team, based on your knowledge base. An agent carries out tasks: it reads data, takes the next steps and saves the result in your systems.

Will the assistant make things up?

We limit that. The assistant answers from your documents and points to the source, and where a mistake is costly, a person approves the important steps.

Which models do you use?

We pick the model for the task. We use language-model providers through their APIs, and models run locally when the data must not leave your company.

How much does an AI rollout cost?

We prepare a quote after a call with an engineer. The cost depends on the process, the number of systems and how much the models are used.
