B2BPLN 14,000 – 19,000net + VAT, per month
Employment contractPLN 12,000 – 16,500gross, per month
Senior
B2BPLN 20,000 – 26,000net + VAT, per month

What you will do
You write software that runs on devices or talks to them: low-level code, drivers, communication between the device and the rest of the system, and tools for testing on real hardware. Your code connects to the web, mobile and desktop apps we build, so you work with the backend and mobile people.
Requirements
- Commercial experience programming microcontrollers, for example STM32, nRF52 or ESP32.
- Solid C or C++.
- Working with hardware documentation: datasheets, schematics.
- Debugging on hardware: a debugger (JTAG or SWD), an oscilloscope or a logic analyser.
- Hands-on UART, SPI and I2C, for example connecting sensors and peripherals.
Nice to have
- BLE (GATT) or USB (for example CDC or HID) for connecting devices to mobile and desktop apps.
- FreeRTOS or Zephyr.
- Rust.
- Python for test scripts and tooling, for example PyVISA and SCPI.
- Connecting devices to a backend over Wi-Fi (MQTT, an API or similar).
- Experience with agentic coding, working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
