B2BPLN 20,000 – 26,000net + VAT, per month
Employment contractPLN 17,000 – 22,000gross, per month
Monthly amounts in Polish złoty. B2B is the net amount on your invoice, plus VAT. An employment contract (umowa o pracę) is the gross amount. You choose the contract. We set the ranges from the 2026 salary reports by justjoin.it, No Fluff Jobs, Bulldogjob and Hays.
What you will do
You will take web applications all the way: from the database schema and API to the browser UI and deployment. We work in TypeScript, React and Next.js, with Supabase and PostgreSQL on the data side. You talk to clients directly, help shape the scope and propose technical solutions. Some projects involve language-model integrations and AI agents.
Requirements
- Senior-level commercial experience building web applications end to end, from database to frontend.
- Strong TypeScript, React and Next.js.
- Hands-on PostgreSQL: schema design, queries, migrations.
- Experience deploying and running applications in production.
- Confidence working with clients: you can dig into requirements and explain trade-offs.
Nice to have
- Supabase (auth, RLS, Edge Functions).
- End-to-end testing with Playwright.
- Experience with language-model APIs or the Vercel AI SDK.
- Astro or React Native with Expo.
- Experience with agentic coding, working with AI coding agents such as Claude Code, Codex or Cursor.
