eCMR One
An electronic CMR consignment note that the carrier issues in the browser and the sender and consignee sign on their phones via a link.

Problem
A paper CMR comes back from the road late, and payment terms usually run from delivery of the documents. On top of that come printed pads, couriered originals and retyping data by hand.
What we built
- Issuing a CMR from saved partners, vehicles and templates.
- Sender and consignee signatures via a link sent by SMS or email, in the browser, with no account and no app to install.
- Works without signal. Drafts, edits and signatures are stored on the phone and upload when the network returns.
- A PDF in the printed CMR layout and a separate view to show at a roadside check.
- A free CMR PDF generator with no sign-up, in 24 EU languages.
Result
The app is live at ecmr-one.eu with open registration. Integration with eFTI gateways is in preparation.
