Work

MotiGo

Booking quick car services into workshops' idle time: a workshop posts a free window in seconds, and a driver takes the slot without a phone call.

Context
A marketplace for drivers and independent car workshops. A web app (PWA) with an API, launching in Piotrków Trybunalski, Poland.

Problem

Workshops lose hours they cannot plan for: a customer cancels, a car on the lift waits for a part, the second bay stands empty. A driver who wants a quick tyre or oil change calls one workshop after another and hears about dates a week away.

What we built

  1. Windows instead of a calendar. With one “Mam wolne” (I'm free) button a workshop posts time for right now, or plans its free hours for the whole week, repeating weekly.
  2. Slots computed from the windows, opening hours and number of bays, for tyre changes, oil changes, air conditioning and car checks.
  3. Booking in a few steps without an account. The driver confirms their phone number with an SMS code; the confirmation and reminder also arrive by SMS.
  4. A short workshop link to paste into its Google Business Profile. When the workshop has no free windows, the link takes the driver to the nearest slots at other workshops.
  5. Billing per visit instead of a subscription: a monthly balance per workshop, and reviews only after a confirmed visit.

Result

The driver side is live at automotigo.com. The workshop panel is in progress, and the workshop network launches in Piotrków Trybunalski.
